British scientists from the Anglia Ruskin University believe that daily coffee consumption can be good for your health. Women who enjoy two or three cups of coffee a day have less body fat than those who drink less or none at all, writes Daily Mail.
The specialists note that the drink contains components that fight obesity.
The experiments have shown that coffee works this way regardless of a woman’s age and whether she drinks it with or without caffeine.
The experts claim that the average total body fat percentage was 2.8% lower among women consuming coffee.
This effect on men was far less marked.
